Additional Info for Packing: Check on the links on the left hand side of our homepage for your Packing List! Here are a few more details... No Cell Phones or tablets will be allowed at camp this year for youth.  If you need to get a hold of your daughter, you can call Brandalyn Sprinkle (678-333-3121) or Cami McDonald (360-989-5202) or the camp missionaries, Elder and Sister Thackeray ( 503-787-8015 - this will be the most reliable option as cell service is spotty at camp) Please pack paper scriptures since we won't have electronic versions available. Please help your daughter make appropriate clothing choices . There are some primitive hikes at camp and girls may want pants or longer shorts for these. They may also want some older shorts for the "rock slide" at the end of one of the hikes. Some of the ropes course elements will also require pants for safety (to avoid splinters). We've heard it can be challenging to figure out how to volunteer for camp, so here is some information about getting involved. First we have a list of brief descriptions for each job at camp, and then we have an interest form for you to fill out. If you want more info than what's in this document, just contact Sister Sprinkle (contact info listed on the home page or in the stake directory). We love having new people at camp!  Job Descriptions for YW Camp Interest Form  (We plan to make this a regular part of our yearly process.) Fill out for information about how to come to camp or if you're interested in coming, and what your availability is. Every adult will be approved by their bishop and will need to complete the  Youth Protection Training  prior to coming to camp. 

We are trying as a stake to have YW and YM camp cost be closer to the same price for families, so we are going to charge $75 this year and will not be getting buses. That being said,  WARDS  will be in charge of coordinating rides for their campers this year. Camp directors will coordinate with each other and with the adults we already have going to camp. The cost for Preview Day will be $25. I've also had some questions about 7th years. They are welcome to come and if they haven't already contacted me/registered, please have them do so  ASAP.  7th years who go to camp as youth leaders (which is everyone so far) will be paid for as usual. If they go with a specific job and in more of an "adult" role, the stake will pay for them.  High adventure this year will be white water rafting on the Deschutes  on June 17th , the day after school gets out. (It will be an overnighter, coming home  June 18 , but the rafting is the main event). We need...
